Located at the fringe of Bukit Timah, this 2.5-storey corner terrace sits at a vibrant street junction within a modest landed housing enclave. Tasked with upgrading the home for multi-generational living, the design approach was to improve spatial flow and enhance everyday comfort for the homeowner’s extended family. The existing living and dining layout was thoughtfully reconfigured to increase spatial efficiency, clarity and cohesion throughout the interior. 

Custom-built carpentry was integreated seamlessly into the design, including new dry pantry and TV consoles, each serving both function and form. Key upgrades extend beyond carpentry work — new false ceilings, updated electrical systems, ambient lighting and carefully selected soft furnishings were introduced to create a warm and inviting atmosphere within the home. The result is a refined family home that balances practicality with comfort within a renewed environment.
